Bhd on 27 April 2016 as the company is restructuring the business areas. KOPETRO Retail Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated under Company Act 1965 on 14 September 2012.
The main business activities are PETRONS Petrol Station, Convenience Store (C-Store), Insurance, PETRONAS Lubricant and the latest is Textile.
